Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping to all areas within Qatar, subject to being within paved regions that do not require off-road access.
For locations outside of Qatar, please contact our customer support team, and we will do our best to assist you.
Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing details of your purchase. Please review this confirmation and contact us immediately if you notice any errors.
Delivery Charges
Free standard shipping is provided for orders of 300 QR or more within Qatar. Please note that free shipping eligibility may be subject to change based on promotions or special offers.
For orders below 300 QR within Qatar, a 30 QR delivery charge will be applicable.
The total shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your purchase.
Delivery Scheduling
Same-day delivery for orders placed before 10:00 am on business days (Saturday-Thursday). Same-day delivery may not be guaranteed for orders placed after 10:00 am.
Next-day delivery for orders placed after 10:00 am on business days (Saturday-Thursday), excluding Friday.
Within 1-4 days for orders in locations in Qatar beyond the Greater Doha area.
Order scheduling may be subject to slight delays in the event of national holidays, peak seasons, or in extraordinary circumstances such as exceptional weather conditions that may affect the safety of our drivers. In such events, the customer will be notified of potential delays.
Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. The customer is solely responsible for providing complete and accurate information regarding the delivery location and contact details. The Artisan Place is not liable for failure to deliver orders where the customer has been unresponsive to communications to coordinate the delivery or has provided inaccurate, incomplete or incorrect delivery address details or contact information.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to confirm the shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery attempts. If the customer cannot be reached after repeated contact attempts, a refund will be initiated for any paid amounts as per the terms outlined in our refund policy.
