To be eligible for a refund, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. Please ensure that all accessories, manuals, and components are included.
Nonrefundable items:
- Items not in full original packaging
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Customized, custom-made, or made-to-order items
Timeframe
You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate a refund request by sending an email to info@theartisanplace.com. Requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Process

You will be requested to bring the returned items to The Artisan Place head office. Upon review of your refund request, we will contact you with details to arrange the return of the item(s) to us.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-15 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that it may take some additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. A 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
